Thai Hot & Sour Dressing

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce

1 tablespoon dark sesame oil

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon dried spearmint

1/8 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper flakes

 

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk together until thick and

emulsified.

" Use this fantastic dressing to create quick Pad Thai noodles or a

spicy Thai salad. Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture "
