Here ya go: * Exported from MasterCook * Potato Latkes Recipe By : Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Hanukkah Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 large potatoes -- 3 to 3 1/2 pounds 1 large onion 1/4 cup biscuit mix -- (Bisquick) 2 large eggs -- lightly beaten peanut oil Peel potatoes. Shred potatoes and onion in a food processor; drain. Combine biscuit mix and eggs; add potato and onion. Pour oil a depth of 1/2-inch in a large, heavy skillet. Drop potato mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot oil, fry, in batches, over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
