Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cups cooked pasta (2 1/4 oz uncooked) 2/3 cup canned red kidney beans -- rinsed and drained 1/2 cup snow peas -- trimmed and chopped 2 teaspoons fresh parsley -- chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 pinch black pepper 3 tablespoons fat-free Italian dressing 1 cup cherries Combine the pasta, beans, snow peas, parsley, lemon juice and oil in a bowl. Mix and toss with the Italian dressing until well coated. Enjoy the cherries for dessert.
