Warm Peanut-Miso Sauce

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 tablespoon sweet white miso

1 teaspoon ginger juice

pinch cayenne pepper

1/2 cup boiling water, more or less as needed

 

Combine the peanut butter, miso, ginger juice, cayenne, and half the water in a

bowl. Mash and beat with a spoon until the mixture forms a smooth paste.

Gradually beat in the remaining water, using just enough to form a thick but

pourable sauce.
