Guest guest Posted December 1, 2000 Report Share Posted December 1, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Garlic Lovers' Pasta Recipe By :Julie Davis Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 small zucchini -- sliced 2 medium tomatoes -- diced 7 tablespoons olive oil 1/8 cup water 1 head garlic (12-15 cloves) -- minced 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 pound penne pasta -- cooked In large frying pan or wok saute zucchini and tomatoes in 1 T. of the olive oil until zucchini is crisp-tender. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and remaining olive oil; cook over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add pasta and toss well.
