I've been trying to find this magazine. Nava Atlas' bio mentions she writes for

and I see their name mentioned now and then. I would like to . Do you

know where it is published? How I could get a script for it?

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large onion -- coarsely chopped

1 cup sliced celery

1 cup shredded carrots

1 small red pepper -- thinly sliced

1 small green bell pepper -- thinly sliced

1 small zucchini -- thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

2 ripe tomatoes -- diced

pinch sugar

1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

 

Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 3 minutes.

Add celery and carrots; stir-fry 3 minutes.

 

Add peppers and zucchini; cook, tossing until vegetables are crisp-tender, 3

minutes. Add curry powder and tomatoes. Heat 1 minute. Add sugar and lemon

juice. Toss. Remove from heat.
