Sesame Spread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/3 cup sesame tahini

2 tablespoons light-colored miso paste

2 green onions -- finely minced

1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

Low-fat crackers or vegetable spears

 

Makes 1/2 cup.

 

Combine tahini, miso, onions and parsley in a medium bowl, stirring with a

rubber spatula until smooth. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

7 g, Protein 4 g, Fat 11 g, including sat. fat 2 g, Cholesterol 0 mg,
