In a food processor or blender, puree chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic and salt. Spoon into a medium bowl; stir in parsley, cilantro, dill weed and onion. Nutrition information per 2-tablespoon serving: Calories 50, Carbohydrates 7 g, Protein 2 g, Fat 2 g, including sat. fat 0 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 150 mg, Calcium 23 mg, Dietary fiber 1 g.
