Lemon Vinaigrette

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

salt and pepper

 

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk together until well

blended.
