The recipes from this book are all short and easy, I enjoy " dressing-up "

vegetables, tofu, and tempeh with various sauces, which is why I formatted what

I did from this book.

Italian Dressing

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

pinch salt

 

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk together until

emulsified.
