Someone (Beth?) asked earlier about some Indian recipes. I remembered that

sometime last year I made up a couple of web pages for a friend who had

inquired about a book on Southern Indian cooking called _Dakshin_. She had

asked if it was worth getting, so I posted a few recipes and scans (every dish

in the book is illustrated) to help her decide. I've found the files and

re-posted them in my new web space at:

Just click on the types of dishes on the left side of the book cover. You can

also download a zipped file of all the recipes in plain text format. The

photos are image maps, so all you have to do is click on the dish to see its

recipe.
