Cinnamon-Sesame Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

9 1/2 ounces silken tofu

1/4 cup soy milk

2 teaspoons tahini

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

 

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor with the S blade inserted.

Process until smooth. Taste. If needed, add more lemon extract or cinnamon.

Serve.
