Guest guest
I made this a couple wks ago, it was good, not too sweet, but - it was a lovely (lol) gray color from the poppy seeds (I used a blender, thinking that wouldn't smash up the poppy seeds as much, but I think it did). If you don't mind less nutritional value, you could stir in the poppy seeds as the final step before filling the crust. * Exported from MasterCook * Lemon-Poppy Seed Cheesecake Recipe By :Estrogen, The Natural Way Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Crust 3 tablespoons flax seed 3 tablespoons soy flour 3 tablespoons poppy seeds 2 tablespoons orange marmalade 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate Filling 16 ounces extra-firm tofu 1/2 cup all-fruit orange marmalade 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup poppy seeds 1 teaspoon ground cardamom 1 tablespoon lemon extract Preheat the oven to 400F.
