End-Of-Summer Fruit Compote

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 large peaches -- pitted and sliced

2 apricots -- pitted and sliced

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup blueberries

8 ounces canned mandarin orange slices -- drained

1/4 cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

 

Serves 4.

 

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir well. Let stand 10

minutes before serving.

Protein 2 g, Fat 1 g, including sat. fat 0 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 5
