I freeze almost everything. This is what Betty Crocker has to say about freezing: * Exported from MasterCook * FREEZING: Don't Freeze These Recipe By : Betty Crocker's Cookbook, 1986, page 375 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Grains And Cereals Info/Tips Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- ***** NONE ***** Some foods are not recommended for freezing. Cooked egg whites become tough. Mayonnaise or salad dressing may separate. Salad greens become soggy; raw tomatoes, limp and watery. Raw apples and grapes become mushy. Fried foods may taste warmed over then reheated. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Kathleen
