I hope all of you had a nice Thanksgiving! * Exported from MasterCook * Heinz Tofu Recipe By :Cookin' Southern Vegetarian Style, Ann Jackson Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cookin' Southern Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 yellow onion -- chopped 1 pound tofu -- cubed 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce oil as needed 1/3 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon sesame oil Fry the onions, tofu, and tamari in an electric skillet until the onions are tender and the tofu is browned on all sides. Turn occasionally with a spatula. Put the ketchup, mustard, and sesame oil in a measuring cup, and add enough water to make 3/4 cup. Stir well and add to the skillet. Partially cover and continue to cook until the liquid is absorbed. Continue to turn occasionally with a spatula.
