Parmesan Cheese

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 1/4 cups nutritional yeast

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

3 tablespoons Schilling's vegetable supreme seasoning.

 

Mix all together. Sprinkle on a cookie sheet. Cover with a piece of waxed

paper. Roll out thin. Remove the waxed paper. Put in a 200 F oven for 2

hours. Grind fine and store in a covered container in a cool

place. Refrigerated will last a month.
