Guest guest
You can use any cake recipe and just substitute Egg Replacer in place of the eggs. This is a product by EnerG foods -- a powder that you mix with water to replace eggs. I can find it at our well-stocked grocery stores here in the Atlanta area. If you can't find it there, you can probably find it at a health food store or place like Whole Foods. Hope this is helpful. Karen List Owner P.S. to All: My computer is back up and running now!!
