Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Place the noodles in the boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cool water. Place in a medium-size mixing bowl. Stir in the raisins. Place the remaining ingredients in a food processor with the S blade inserted. Process until smooth and creamy. Pour into the bowl with the noodles and raisins. Stir until combined. Turn into a 9 x 9-inch nonstick or oiled baking pan. Place this pan in another, larger baking pan. Pour 1/2 inch of water into the outer pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, until the custard sets. Cool.
