Guest guest
We had this for dinner tonight. But instead of tortellini, we use ravioli. I added some chopped fresh spinach and a western spice blend to perk it a bit. Cilantro. I don't cook anything without fresh cilantro. Thank you for sending this one! The western spice blend is attached. It's a mild chili powder mixture. Very versatile. We found this formula in a cookbook from a restaurant in Wisconsin Dells. Tried it. Liked it. It's now in a shaker next to my other favorite: Cre-ole. Nutr.
