Guest guest Posted November 20, 2000 Report Share Posted November 20, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Mushroom Crepes Recipe By :Estrogen, The Natural Way - Nina Shandler Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Filling canola oil spray 2 garlic cloves -- minced 16 ounces fresh mushrooms -- chopped 1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce Sauce 4 3/4 ounces silken tofu 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce 1/4 cup reserved sauteed mushooms 1 recipe Basic Dinner Crepes To prepare the filling, spray a frying pan with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms. Saute. Stir in the tamari. To prepare the sauce, place all of the sauce ingredients in a food processor with the S blade inserted. Process until smooth. Pour into a saucepan. Heat over low heat without boiling.
