3 garli cloves -- quartered

5 1/8 x 1-inch slices fresh ginger

16 ounces extra-firm tofu

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 onion -- chopped

2 cups mung bean sprouts

 

 

Preheat the oven to 350F.

 

Place the garlic in a food processor with the S blade inserted. Mince. Break

the tofu into small pieces and place in the food processor. Add the mustard and

turmeric. Process for 3 minutes, until smooth.

 

Turn into a bowl. Mix in the onion nd sprouts until thoroughly combined.

 

Turn into an 11-inch oiled or nonstick frying pan. Spread evenly. Bake for 40

minutes, until set. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
