Place the garlic in a food processor with the S blade inserted. Mince. Break the tofu into small pieces and place in the food processor. Add the mustard and turmeric. Process for 3 minutes, until smooth. Turn into a bowl. Mix in the onion nd sprouts until thoroughly combined. Turn into an 11-inch oiled or nonstick frying pan. Spread evenly.
