Spray a baking sheet three times with vegetable oil. Spray the potatoes and place them in a gallon-size plastic bag. Sprinkle the garlic and rosemary in the bag and shake to coat the potatoes. Scatter the potatoes on the baking sheet, and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Place the baking sheet on the bottom shelf of the oven and bake potatoes for 45 minutes or until golden brown, turning every 10-15 minutes so they cook evenly. Per serv: 88 cal (1% cal from fat), 0 mg chol, 273 mg sod - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : If you like your steak fries extra crispy, dip the raw potatoes in beaten egg white before baking.
