It's delicious and easy. -Susan * Exported from MasterCook * hummus Recipe By : N.Y.Times Natural Cookbook Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Ethnic Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can(1lb4oz) chick peas -- drained 3 tablespoons tahini 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 cloves garlic cloves -- finely chopped pita bread In cuisinart blend all ingrediants. Chill.
