Lemon-Flaxseed Salad Dressing

2 garlic cloves -- pressed

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons high-lignan flax oil

2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce

2 tablespoons flax seed

1 cup unsweetened soy milk

 

Place the garlic, lemon juice, flax oil, tamari, and flaxseed in a small mixing

bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the soy milk. Whip with a wire whisk until

well combined.

 

Description:

" A lightly creamy dressing with a bit of crunch. "
