I think it's things that my hubby will go for also. * Exported from MasterCook * Easy Garlic Spread Recipe By :Tanya Barnard & Sarah Kramer Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c olive oil 6 garlic cloves -- minced (up to 10 cloves) 1/2 sm onion -- minced 1/8 tsp salt In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients together. Spread over bread slices and wrap bread in foil and bake at 350 F for 15-25 minutes. Makes approx. 3/4 cup. Source: " How It All Vegan! In a blender or food processor, blend together the onion mixture, vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper and remaining oil. Makes approximately 1/2 cup. Source: " How It All Vegan!
