Puree the tofu, tahini, garlic, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and the sesame oil in a blender or food processor, adding just enough water to thin the sauce to the desired consistency. Pound the garlic to a pate with 1/4 teaspoon salt in a mortar, then stir it into the tahini. Begin stirring in about 1/2 cup water until the sauce is as thin as you want it,then add the lemon juice to taste.
