Heat. Saute the onion and garlic until browned. Stir in the miso. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat until the TVP has a hamburger-like texture and the flavors are combined. Serve. Description: " TVP makes great chili. You really might mistake it for ground beef, but there's no fat.
