This beautiful salad of red apple and crisp greens is dressed with lemon vinaigrette. Tear greens into bite-sized pieces; toss in large bowl with oil. Set aside. Sprinkle apple with lemon juice, salt and pepper. To serve: Make a bed of greens on 2 plates; sprinkle with apple.
