Tahini Sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 garlic cloves -- minced

1 cup unsweetened soy milk

4 3/4 ounces silken tofu

salt

 

Place the tahini, lemon juiice, garlic, soy milk, and tofu in an electric

blender. Blend until smooth. Salt to taste. Serve.
