Guest guest Posted November 8, 2000 Report Share Posted November 8, 2000 xpost veg, allcookbook * Exported from MasterCook * Tofu Mayonnaise Recipe By : " The New Enchanted Broccoli Forest, " Mollie Katzen Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : New Import Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 box silken tofu -- (12 ounce)(see note) 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil 1 tablespoon cider vinegar -- (1 to 2) 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard -- or to taste 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon soy sauce * Either soft or firm works. Whip tofu, sesame oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and soy sauce together in a blender. Transfer to a small bowl. Taste to adjust seasonings. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
