Mince. Add the lemon juice, tofu, and tamari. Process until smooth. Add the artichokes. Process repeatedly, using the pulse setting, until the artichokes are finely chopped but not pureed. Turn into a bowl. Stir in the capers. Serve. Description: " A fun snack or an elegant appetizer, this dip goes especially well with whole-grain crackers.
