Guest guest
Many years ago, in college, I used to do something very similar with pita bread that was getting a bit old. I would cut it in half horizontally and then each half into 6 triangles. I would put the triangles on a baking sheet, spread each triangle with butter or margarine and then I would sprinkle on parmesan cheese and some italian seasoning and then I would bake them. Sometimes I fried them in a saute pan too. Then drain them. Everyone loved them at my parties because no one else served those with dip, only me. I must have made them for every party in the last 2 years of my college years. I was upset when I saw them marketed in my supermarket a few years later. Someone obviously had my idea. I thought maybe someone stole the idea because a lot of folks came to those parties. They taught marketing in my school too. Oh well, I'll never know, will I? Good idea though.
