Just a little thank you , to Karen and Kathleen and Pat (and I'm

sorry if I missed someone!) for putting together the recipes and

menus for the VT Thanksgiving book! My mother has always been

incapable of coming up with acceptable veg options for the

holidays, and I just had her over yesterday and we went through

the menus together and have come up with a wonderful selection

that will make everyone happy!

 

So, thanks for what will be a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner (or at

least one that will be without the usual bickering over menu) and for

all your hard work putting that into MC for us -- I really appreciate it!
