Saute the garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Add the broccoli. When the broccoli can be pierced with a fork, add the bell pepper. Mash the tofu with a fork or potato masher. Mash in the turmeric. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Add the tofu to the vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, just until heated. Serve. Description: " You can substitute any vegetable that suits your fancy.
