Guest guest Posted November 4, 2000 Report Share Posted November 4, 2000 I came across this handy substitutions chart on the Vegetarian Times website: http://www.vegetariantimes.com/essential/subs.html It includes substitutions for making recipes vegetarian or vegan, and there are ones for low fat, allergies, etc. too. Handy to have.
