Maple Oranges Amandine

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

4 oranges -- chilled

1/2 cup slivered almonds -- toasted

 

Peel the oranges and cut into half inch cubes.

 

Stir together the orange juice and maole syrup in a meansuring cup:

toss with the oranges in a medium bowl.

 

Spoon the oranges with the the juice into dessert bowls and top with

almonds
