Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 pound soft tofu

4 avocados -- pitted

3 cloves garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 lemon -- Juice of

Soymilk as needed

 

MAKES 3 1/2 CUPS (56 TABLESPOONS)

 

Try this dip with hell pepper rings, celery and fennel sticks, radishes, or

broccoli and cauliflower florets.

 

Blend together all ingredients except soymilk. Thin mixture with soymilk

if too thick. Place in a serving howl.

 

Per Tablespoon: 25 Calories; 1g Protein; 2g Fat; 1g Carbohydrate; 0mg

Cholesterol; 39mg Sodium; 1g Fiber.
