Veggie in Wisconsin?

Actually, it's in Alexandria, VA, but it's owned by a Wisconsin ex-pat

(hence the monthly Brat nights). The name of the place until a couple

of weeks ago was " The Del Ray Dreamery " , but they got a

cease-and-desist from <censored> Edy's, so now it's " That Custard

Place in Del Ray " (http://www.thatcustardplace.com/). They mostly sell

frozen custard, but Liz (the owner) is pretty sensitive to food/diet

issues, and most of her sorbets are vegan. She's also figuring out

that it pays to sell veg stuff around here - she even specifically

chose the Tofurky brats because they don't contain egg (and are quite

yum). And someday, she will make me a vegan marshmallow. Harr!
