Guest guest Posted November 1, 2005 Report Share Posted November 1, 2005 Last night I made the most awsome lasagna. I used no cook lasagna noodles. Homemade sauce with Yves just ground. I put Follow Your Heart Mozarella between each layer and made tofu ricotta out of mushed tofu, about a tablespoon of light colored miso, salt, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder and a little bit of soy milk to loosen it up.
