Guest guest
Nikki, This cracks me up! It never would have occurred to me, but I might try it, since my son seems to be in a bean strike! Thanks for the idea. :-) Amy On Friday, October 28, 2005, at 08:06 AM, wrote: > I hide beans in things, even oatmeal. He'll scream for a bean before a piece of fruit...go figure! austinvegan <austinvegan wrote:Nikki, This cracks me up! Guest guest
Amy, It is funny, to " hide beans " , but we parents of toddlers must be creative, musn't we? Dry beans can be ground in the blender to a fine meal/flour, and then added to a recipe. Just make sure cooking time is long enough to soften the bean powder. Works pretty well! I often quarter cooked beans, and for some reason the little guy will accept them that way. Nikki , austinvegan <austinvegan> wrote: > > Nikki, > This cracks me up!
