One daugher has Down syndrome, one is a toddler, one is sandwiched between them in age-no family help. Needless to say, i have like no time. We are a new vegetarian family. I do not know how to cook everything yet. What I would like to ask you all for are tips on how to provide good veggie meals fast and how make them taste real good. My girls are a little picky and reject some of the stuff i make. I have a rice cooker with a built in steamer and a crock pot, those help sometimes. I want to buy a breadmaker and a dehydrater to help. Tonight i was far too tired to cook so i made chinese noodles and threw some dehydrated veggies in with them and gave each child a bun and a soy smoothy. Not the best meal, but ok. I want to be able to choose the veggies i use though, not store bought like these were.
