Vegan roll-out cookie recipes?

Hello,

 

I am looking for a reliable vegan roll-out (cookie cutter) recipe to use for

Halloween cookies. The kind I¹ve made in the past just haven¹t worked and

though I normally use whole grains and shy away from soy/margarine, I¹m

willing to use more refined stuff in a recipe I¹ll only use once in a great

while. Does anyone have a roll-out recipe you could share?
