Introduction... VEGAN MARSHMALLOWS

Marla, if you're looking for vegan marshmallows again, since your

brand is discontinued, try Pangea vegan products

(www.veganstore.com). Maybe your source discovered the controversy

surrounding Emes kosher jel, which some say is neither kosher nor

vegan. Pangea claims to be the only vegan marshmallow manufacturer.

The marshmallows do the job (although small and a little tough), but

I still hope to try veganizing my [old dusty] marshmallow recipe.

I'll post the results here when I finally try it out. If only I could

find a way to make vegan rocky road fudge, I could die a happy woman.

PS- My husband reminds me that I have a vegan marshmallow recipe
