Guest guest Posted October 4, 2005 Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 I have a question for you all. I mentioned recently that I'm trying to cut out dairy for health reasons. Can dairy milk, soy milk, and rice milk be exchanged for each other at will? I made a rice pudding the other day with rice milk that was pretty good for a first try anyways. I read somewhere that soy milk is better for things that are supposed to come out creamy, such as pudding. But I'm a little leary of basing too many meals on soy.
