Guest guest
My children also get more colds than I would like and therefore, I want to start them on Vitamin C supplements. Are synthetic Vitamin C supplements just as effective as Vitamin C from natural sources? - " Calla Canaday " <ccan2k Wednesday, September 14, 2005 10:56 AM Re: I'm not sure my children are thriving... > I try really hard to keep telling myself that young children will get what they need - at least that's what my pediatrician keeps saying. Anyway, I have a 4-year-old that goes through phases where all she wants to eat is toast. She would eat it for every meal if I let her for several weeks. I try to put blueberry preserves on to make it somewhat healthier, but I still worry. She seems to still be growing, though and is healthy. I may have to try the vitamin C boost, though. We get a few more colds in this house than I would like. > > Calla >
