Hi, Alan,

 

You're overpaying for your Red Star. We paid about $40 (maybe less)

for a 10 LB tub of it. If you don't want a whole tub and can't find

anyone to split it with you, perhaps you can look for a store in the

area that sells the yeast with their bulk goods at a better price. At

the rate we use it, we'd be broke if we paid $5 for 9 servings!
