Guest guest
Does anyone know about using rice protein powder in the diet to increase weight? I read an article the other day about how runner/nutritionist Gary Null added protein powder to his diet because he was so lean and gaunt. I saw some rice protein powder by Nutribiotics (?) in the health food store and wanted to know if anyone has heard any bad rap about it before making a purchase. The process of using enzymes to make the powder seemed questionable to me.
Guest guest
I use a vegan rice protein powder from MLO - it has helped maintain my husbands weight and has given us a little added stamina and energy - I haven't heard anything negative - in fact it has been the protein product called for for people with allergies. There seems to be many different brands out there - admartin <admartin wrote:Does anyone know about using rice protein powder in the diet to increase weight?
