Guest guest
Hi Everyone!! As a few of you may already know, I've begun working with Dr. Janet Hull (www.janethull.com), author of " Sweet Poison " a book about the dangers of aspartame. She is THE artificial sweetener expert in the country (dare I say " the world " ?). Since I've been working with her, not only have I learned a lot about the effects of aspartame, I've learned that there are other people out there who see the diet/health/behavior connections. Because I see this issue in my own children, I thank God for the nutritional guidelines at the girls' school. Well, Dr. Hull is now working with another great group called The Results Project (www.resultsproject.net). This organization has actually gotten an entire school to agree to get rid of the junky food, do hair analysis on their kids (shows metal and nutrient levels), and work on detoxing their children. This is just the beginning of what could be mainstream enlightenment. If you have a chance to visit either site, please do. Both sites have a wealth of information and I've had numerous " aha " moments while perusing them. I would love to see these projects get more support from communities like ours. For those of you who know my diet of choice, neither of these groups promote one diet over another. Both focus on cleaning up our acts, getting rid of toxins, and working towards health and well-being. These sites are suitable for everyone! Thanks for your time. I hope you enjoy the reading! Please let me know what you think! Lucy
Guest guest
Lucy, Thanks for the info - as a mother and a teacher I am always interested in the connection between food and other issues - I will definately go to these sites and tell you what I think afterward.
