Guest guest
Gayle asked: << I was just wondering what the reasoning is for consuming dairy which comes from cow's milk and not drinking cow's milk? >> Two things come to mind.... - for those with lactose intolerance (the majority of humans, in fact), it is easier to eat dairy products that have been fermented, cooked, etc., so things like cheese and yogurt are easier to cope with from a G-I point of view; - it's particularly hard for a child to have to say " no " to things like cheese pizza or ice cream when at a friend's house or birthday party, whereas not drinking milk might be considered weird by the adults but not by the children.
